For some people, going to therapy is no big deal. For others, just making the first phone call or sending that email takes a lot of courage. I get that. So what I try to do is everything I can to make it as simple and painless as possible.
I'm happy to answer any questions you have over the phone or email, but really the best thing to do is schedule an appointment and meet for an initial consultation. It's just a chance for me to meet with you, hear about what you're struggling with, and determine how I can help you the best.

In order to keep the quality of therapy high and make the most out of our time together, I choose to accept only a limited number of new clients. This allows me to focus more time and energy toward our therapy sessions together. The down side is that when demand is high, my appointments tend to fill up fast.
