Find the support you need to make it through life's most difficult challenges.

Don’t let the same old fears and worries, helplessness and hopelessness, bad habits, or broken relationships keep you from the kind of life you want to live.

I’m here to help.

Whether you are excited about therapy again, skeptical about the process, or just hesitant about getting started - I’d love to hear more about your story, where you are at, and how I might be able to help. Together, we can work on your most important concerns, develop a plan that makes sense, and get plenty of feedback along the way to make sure you're seeing the kind of progress you’re hoping for.

Change can and does happen.

Looking forward to meeting you.

Couples

Every relationship goes through ups and downs. Sometimes you realize it’s more than just a rough patch. Repeating the same old patterns of shutting down, fighting to be heard, and worrying about your relationship is a good indication that therapy might be for you. Together we can have the important conversations and practice skills that can begin to rebuild your lost or fading connection.

Some Common Issues:

  • Disagreements about money, family, sex, careers and roles.

  • Lack of communication, intimacy, or commitment to one another.

  • Infidelity, affairs, sexual addictions.

  • Blended families and co-parenting

  • Desire to grow stronger and closer together.

  • Pre-marital counseling for engaged and seriously dating couples.

INDIVIDUALS

I don’t believe that there is anyone too broken, too lost, or too far down the road to see if therapy can make a difference. I’ve worked with a wide range of individuals from every walk of life who are struggling with issues both big and small. The one thing they have in common is that they are extraordinary individuals who have found the courage to admit they want something more and ask for help along the way.

Some Common Issues:

  • Past hurts, present struggles, and future fears.

  • How to deal with what you feel: loneliness, depression and sadness, anxiety and fear, anger and hurt, shock and disbelief, guilt and shame.

  • Broken or missing relationships: family members, friends, significant others.

  • Addiction, abuse, and use: drugs, alcohol, problematic behaviors.

  • Adjusting to stressful life change: parenthood, illness, career change, growing older, and more.

  • Unresolved grief, trauma, and loss.

  • Men's and Women's issues.

  • Spirituality and personal growth.

FamilieS, Teens, CHILDREN

Parenting may just be the most difficult and rewarding role you'll ever have. But if you are struggling with your son or daughter and are at a loss for what more you can do, I’d love to help. Teenagers and young adults are amazing insightful, longing for connection, and drawn to authenticity. When I connect with them in a real and straightforward way, it creates a safe space for them to be real themselves and work through the challenges they face.

Some Common Issues:

  • Drugs, alcohol, addictive behaviors.

  • Poor performance in school, sports, and at home.

  • Strained relationships with family members, friends, community.

  • Adjustment to significant changes and stressors in life.

  • Emotional struggles like depression and anxiety.

  • Preparation and plans for success in college.

  • Divorce and Step families transitions.
